My first try with Power Virtual Agents + GPT is here! It took me a bit as I had some issues with the tenant but now is sorted. I must say is a simple post, but super powerful. The cool thing is that you can apply this example to pretty much any business need.
To try it, log into https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/. Once the page has loaded, select + Create a bot.
You will have two options to create a bot. If you want to test out the GPT features, you will need 'Try the unified canvas (preview)'. If you can't find this option, note that it could be the region of your tenant, at least that's what happened to me.
Once you select the option, think about a name for the bot. And this is where the fun part starts. In the box below this text: 'Boost your conversations with GPT (preview). Let your bot create responses in real-time with GPT and information from your website', you will add the URL for the site you want the bot to take the information from.
Power Virtual Agents studio (if that's a thing) will work on the bot. It took me less than 2 minutes.
Once it's ready, the best thing you should do is test the bot. Find the option below to start testing it.
I'll be honest, I had to test it a couple of times. And in the end, this is what happened.
Below you will find a short video showing real-time answers. I tested it with my webpage as I didn´t want to use any other web and screw it.
If you want to know more about this power combo check the official documentation: Boost conversations (preview) - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn.
